Good finds.
Clear recommendations.
Loop Kitchen helps producers find tools worth making music with. A place in the directory is a starting point for discovery, rather than a claim that every plugin has been personally tested.
What the labels mean.
- Listed · not yet checked
- The plugin is in the directory, but its current pricing, availability or compatibility still needs a review.
- Details checked
- The recorded information was checked against the developer’s documentation on the date shown. This is separate from installing and trying the plugin.
- Loop Kitchen Pick
- A personal recommendation selected by El Train. The picks can be organised as Essentials, Creative tools or Hidden gems.
- Loop Kitchen Tested
- El Train has personally tried the plugin, with notes about its use and any drawbacks. A developer-page check does not earn this label.
Collections and sound searches.
Collections are small themed selections to help you start exploring. Sound searches suggest matches from categories and descriptions. A tool appearing in either does not automatically make it a personally tested pick.
Compatibility without guessing.
Unrecorded systems and formats are shown as unspecified. Choosing a compatibility filter includes only entries with that information recorded. Check version and system requirements on the developer’s page.
Commercial placements.
Sponsored placements and affiliate recommendations will be clearly labelled when present. Payment will not buy a favourable review or a place in El Train’s personal picks. Our own sample packs are promoted as Loop Kitchen products.
